Ferrata Equipment Rental
Our rental service is conveniently located near the start of one of the ferrata routes, right in the Garáž bistro, where we also run our Bistro Garáž. If you're unsure or need advice, stop by, and we'll gladly help you if we can. At our rental station, you can also buy souvenirs from Via Ferrata Havranka—by doing so, you'll be supporting our efforts. In Bistro Garáž, we're happy to offer you food and drinks because, after an adventure like this, you'll surely want to recharge.

* Basic ferrata course for safe climbing under the guidance of a certified UIMLA guide. Ferrata equipment rental is included in the price.

How It Works in the Rental Shop
Terms and Conditions
Prior reservation of equipment is required.
Prices are per day— the first price applies to rentals of 1 to 3 days, and the second price is for 4 or more days.
The pickup day (full day) and return day (until 1 p.m.) are not charged.
A deposit must be paid upon pickup, and a rental contract must be signed.
Payment can be made in cash or by credit card.
Upon return, the rental fee is deducted from the deposit.
Reservation cancellations are free of charge.
The rental provider is not liable for damages arising from the use of rented equipment.
In case of damage, loss, or destruction of rented equipment, the renter agrees to reimburse the rental provider for the value of the item, considering wear and tear.
Discounts
Discounts may be arranged for rentals over 7 days or larger quantities.
Reasonable reduction of the deposit is possible for larger orders.

General Terms and Conditions
Courses are conducted in accordance with legislative requirements valid in the Czech Republic. If the instructor/guide interrupts or terminates the course due to weather conditions, the client's request, or the client's inability to complete the course, the agreed-upon price remains unchanged. If the weather is unsuitable for the course, the course may be rescheduled to the nearest available date (this does not apply once the course has started or during its progression). In the event that Českokrumlovské ferraty z.s. cancels the course, all deposits will be refunded in full. Participants are required to inform us of any health issues or reduced physical fitness that may impact the course.
COURSE OR TEAMBUILDING BOOKING
You can book a course or teambuilding event via email, phone, or by filling out an online form. Your reservation will then be confirmed, and you will receive further information and payment details for the course. Once the course fee has been paid, your reservation is considered binding. The due date for invoices is set at 14 days unless otherwise agreed.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You have the right to cancel your participation at any time without providing a reason. The paid deposit will be fully refunded if the cancellation is made at least 14 days before the start of the course.

• 7 to 13 days - 50% cancellation fee
• 6 days or less - 100% cancellation fee
